Gregory Bratcher, CPA
Managing Partner

Greg has been a CPA for the past 23 years and has worked in the Small Business and Tax Departments of three of the four largest accounting firms in the nation and a Tax Partner in two before forming BB&A in 2005. He has worked with a wide array of companies in a broad set of tax related areas including financial planning, IRS audit representation, tax controversy, corporate liquidations, international tax law, deferred compensation plans, tax return preparation for individuals and various entity types, among others. In addition, Greg has experience in a variety of attestation engagements such as audits for non-public companies, exempt organizations, pension plans, unions, and quasi-governmental entities, along with reviews and compilation of financial statements on a wide variety of entities.

Greg received his BBA in Accounting/Finance at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio and is originally licensed as a CPA in the State of Ohio, receiving reciprocity in the State of Texas.
